Report on the Financial Statements
We audited the attached Financial Statements of Acme Co., Ltd. The Financial Statements are made up of the Statement of Financial Condition dated December 31, 2014 and December 31, 2013, and the Comprehensive Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and Cash Flow Statement for the two reporting periods ending on the same dates, as well as a summary of significant accounting policies and other explanatory information.
Responsibility of Management for the Financial Statements
Management is responsible to prepare the Financial Statements and present them fairly pursuant to the Korean International Financial Reporting Standards, and is also responsible for the internal controls deemed necessary to prepare the Financial Statements without material misrepresentations due to irregularities or error.
