Feasibility Study Report on the Refinery Expansion Project

I. Project Background

With the continuous growth in the market demand for various refined oil products, the existing production capacity of our refinery can hardly meet the market supply requirements. In order to further enhance the enterprise's competitiveness and optimize the product structure, a refinery expansion project is planned. This expansion aims to increase the crude oil processing volume, raise the output proportion of high-value-added products, and improve the environmental protection level to comply with the increasingly stringent environmental regulations.

II. Project Construction Contents

1. A new set of advanced crude oil distillation units will be built, with the capacity to process [X] million tons of crude oil per year. The latest energy-saving technologies will be adopted to effectively reduce energy consumption.

2. Supporting catalytic cracking units will be constructed to convert heavy oil into light oil products and improve the yields of gasoline, diesel and other products.

3. Environmental protection facilities will be improved, including the construction of efficient exhaust gas treatment systems, wastewater treatment stations and solid waste recycling and utilization devices, to ensure that the pollutants during the project operation meet the discharge standards.

III. Market Prospect Analysis
